Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

All items (except Carolina Hanging Beds) may be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit .

HOME By WDL must receive an email within 72 hours to initiate a return. Depending on the item, a restocking fee of 15%-25%  may be charged. For specifics on these fees or to make a return please email contactus@homebywdl.com.  Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

All items must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted.  All items must be inspected upon delivery and if any item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours.  We will ask you to email us pictures of the damage and we will do our best to replace the item or offer you a refund and/ or credit.  

 

Shipping charges and restocking fees incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed. 

 

Some orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours but charges may apply. Email your request and we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, 

 

Exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping.
